Tell the world briefly what you do at Your Travel Center and your role in supporting agents and independent contractors.

I wear quite a few hats. I manage ClientBase and handle daily company operations. For the agents and ICs, I provide training on YTC.com, ClientBase, Virtuoso and GRASP Agent and am the go to person for questions.

In a fun manner way describe your career path to Your Travel Center.

Teaching has always been my primary career path (although I had a few stints in construction sales and the marine industry), so it was a natural that I joined Your Travel Center as a trainer. I love to help!

How long have you been with Your Travel Center?

Since 2006.

What is your best advice to those joining Your Travel Center? 

We have a great group of people working with you to get you up and running. At first there it seems that there is a lot of information to process. Please be patient as things become much clearer once you start your process.

What is the favorite part of your job?

Without a doubt, my favorite part of the Job is the interaction with our people.

If you weren’t such a superstar at this job what would you be doing?

I’d definitely be a Teacher/Coach!

What do you do in your spare time or when not working at Your Travel Center?

I enjoy playing basketball, golf and being an active part of whatever my kids are involved with.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

When others don’t keep their word. I am a man of my word and I expect the same from others.

What is your favorite movie or television show?

I am a huge fan of The Goldbergs. Takes me back to the 80s!

What is something people would never guess about you?

I am an animal lover and I seem to have an innate connection with all animals.

What makes you smile?

I smile at a quite a few things but my kids make me smile on a daily basis. I also smile when I am able to assist someone with an issue they have or when I can provide a unique solution that meets their needs!

Anything else fun or interesting about you?

l love spending time with family and friends… it is what life is all about.
